If you like the length of the shackles that you have on your rig right now then use those numbers for A&D.

Once you have that length done, all you have to do is draw it up till it looks right "to you". There is no magic number for the antiinversion shackles.

You have problems with inversion right now?

I like to stick to staff what works instad to experiment and if I put that third bolt too close or too far it will not work as it should. And I figure out every third LC has OME lift on it some body might pinch in numbres. I don.t have problem with inversion I don't fourwheel my baby hard core but when I Load her up and go thru some forest roads shackle pops the other way

This is a problem when you are loaded down?

I made my own anti inversion shackles a couple of months ago, and it is not near as easy as one would think. Do you plan on using 3/8 steel like most after market shackles are? If so be ready to go through a lot of materials such as grinding wheels saw blades ect... I feel that I am fairly skilled at metal work and realized that this was no fun, nor was it easy. I made extended shackles so I dont have the number you are looking for. I just did trial and error until I found a shape that I thought looked correct. My hope is that the springs would never make it to that 3rd bolt so I didnt feel like that had to be in an exact location to work. Good luck.

Just little camping gear one dog and extra person and pop shackle is on frame. I.m not worrry about fabricate it because I have friend with machine shop with laser cutter. All I have to do is to bring him some cool drawing, but without laser cutter it would be dog female.

Hey Krall here you go:

A distance is 5 1/2 inches
B distance is 2 3/4 inches
c distance is 4 1/4 inches
D distance is 7 inches
shackel thickness is 3/8's plate steel

Words of wisdom for you..my shackes are from MAF. Both the front and rear are the same length...after everything was installed and the springs settled the rear seemed a little low...like it should have been a bit longer than the front. Not a real big deal but thought you should be aware of it....mine are also greeseable shackle bolts, nice but does take some of the meat/strenghth out of the bolts. If you need anything else or pics just let me know. Also make sure you install them in the correct direction!

Dryheat thank You for your time and afford go and measure it for me but your shackles are 2" over the stock and what I.m loooking for is stock shackles so. A:should be 3"@ front and 3 1\2 @ back. But if I won.t find right numbers I.ll use your for reference.
Thank You Radek

Correctly sized springs and shackles will not invert anyway. Put a slightly longer set of shackles on and call it good.

Mark...

This is what I. Looking for it come with 2 1\2 ome\dakar lifts
MAF Old Man Emu Greasable Shackles
I had 2" extended shackles and 35 on my LC and since they rubbed like momlovemaker I toke them off and use 33. And it lookes perfect since I don't have gears for now I.m using 235\75 tires and it still looks and performes good.
35.s with 2"over stock chackles back too low and it rubbed

Umm, antiinversion shackles work for the spring hitting the other side of the frame from your spring eye.

If your springs are hitting the frame past the shackle mount (towards the bumper). you just need a longer shackle.

Doubling up on stock brake lines is a common thing.
