Ok thanks again to the legends on here for the idea.
Initial thoughts: It's just like @gaijin described. The rail, mount, and light go together perfect.
I love simple solutions and this is clean.

I thought I ordered black, but orange was what arrived so we are rolling with that.
At first I thought the triple tap to get to low would be a pain, but it really isn't.
My flip lens didn't come in yet so I will update when it arrives.

The streamlight flip lense came in. The fit is good. It is nice you can flip it open (white) or closed (color of choice). It diffuses the light more than I expected. I suppose it would be good if you needed to maintain your night vision and take a peek at something. I wouldn't want to prepare a meal under it. cheers
