Congratulations Ryan!!!

We have been talking for a few years about shaking our load and downsizing. Now is the time.

Best thing I ever did. Very hard with kids though I imagine.

Packing my 40 and all of my tools in a trailer is the easy part, selling, and packing a 2800 sq ft house is the hard part.

I agree. Easy as they come

Just look at it as a road trip.

Congratulations, Montana is a great place you will love it once you get settled in.

Make sure to stop in Kansas City for some KC Joes, formerly Oklahoma Joe's BBQ. Congrats on the promo.

I grew up in Tulsa Oklahoma, everytime I go back I have a BBQ diet for about a week.

Sliced brisket, hot links, baked beans, and cole slaw.

Then on to brisket sandwiches, more sliced brisket, more.............damn, I may stoke up the smoker tomorrow!

Congratulations! I am honestly jealous. All the best in your new job. Shipping costs just went up

It may be another year before I get my 40 back in one piece now. I am trying to get the major body work done ASAP, but it is not at all a priority now. I need to sell my house.

But, you said, "tentative offer"... Don't move before it's no longer tentative

Tentative based on background check and physical. No problems.

I am still negotiating wages, I will not lose money hourly. I hold the high hand in this card game, if I stay here I am in line for a pretty hefty promotion.

I would rather be in Montana though

Awesome, thx! probably haven't heard that in 40 years. He was incredible in concert back then.

I've seen Dweezil the past two years. He's an awesome musician and it's a great show. Unfortunately Frank passed to early for me to appreciate.
I saw Frank and the Mothers perform a number of times in the 70s. For a concert of 4 hours, 3 would be them just jamming. Absolutely amazing!

Good luck Ryan. Montana is a great place to live and retire in later on.

I made some time to get sh!t hot on my build, I need to get paint down before I get busy with moving.

In other words, @Jdc1, I'm right on your tail!

I got a couple coats of SPI epoxy primer down on the bottom of the tub today, hopefully I can shoot base coat tomorrow night, then work the monstaliner over this next week. Once I get that done my goal is to get the tub back on for good!

Before all hell breaks loose with moving.

I also got a nice surprise from a local mudder, @huminajumina, a rack of some German brew! Thank you bro!

Youll probably pass me this week, my daughter was invited to play on a second soccer team, meaning less 40 time for me.

Awesome to see progress, your chassis is looking at your work with an approving gaze.

Are you painting the bottom and then monstaliner? Did you decide on a color 100%?

Are you painting the bottom and then monstaliner? Did you decide on a color 100%?

Yes, I am going to paint the entire underside of the tub, down the road when the monstaliner gets chipped or scraped at leat some green will peek out from underneath.

A close match of rustic green is what I have decided to go with, if I don't like the color I can still change up at this point.

Seam sealer applied on the bottom, single stage shot!

The color appears to be a few shades darker in person than the pics show.
