Good luck getting them, I emailed the company about 9 months ago and never got a reply, they closed the office in the Phoenix area.
I got mine in 2009.

Any idea what needs to be done to get them to work?
Hefty Fab makes them ready to go. The first bend is further forward and more acute. Just buy KDSS ready plates imho.
If you do not have KDSS are they ready to bolt on out of the box?
They make a KDSS and non KDSS version. So yes.
