How easy is it to fit the cooling gear into a '91 HDJ80R that doesn't have it currently?? Can you fake it a bit by re-routing the existing air vents that run near the console into the interior??

I was up at Waynes a couple years ago drooling over the jdm 60 & 70 series rigs he had (that was before the 80's could be brought in). One thing I noticed though.. The rims on the rig look like the stock 16inch rims on 93+ LCs, but that spare, isn't it 15inch? If so, are the sidewalls of the spare tire taller to compensate incase you actually had to use the spare?
