Advice on rust on a J80

Im looking at this J80n that is for sale. I took some up close photos of areas that concerned me. Wanted to get some advice on if it's worth trying to make a deal or a hard pass given its current condition? In person the interior is in really good shape.

Seems waaaay overpriced for that kind of rust!!

Might be different of it was a sub-5k beater project.

Not a chance I would pay that much for an 80 with that much rust!
