Thanks guys! We are just trying to survive this first week with the baby and the dramatic change in sleep! Which is Zero now! We have three grandparents at the house who have been a huge help considering we are in the final week of our house remodel. Our contractor didn't quite meet the iffy deadline and the baby coming 5 days early didn't help!

Mark, congrats!!!

Ours is turning 1 this week! I know it's hard to believe right now, but time does fly.
I look back now and see pictures of us after his birth and realize how tired we looked.
 
My boy turned one a month ago, time really flies, so enjoy!!!
Try alternating your sleep days with your wife, you take care of her one night and get a full night sleep the next, that will get you recharged for your turn. When I had mine, it was really bad for the both of us bc she had a C-section making it very difficult for her to do anything for months. If your wife is breast feeding, then you might have some luck catching sleep bc you render useless.... unless she pumps and have inventory in the fridge, haha.
