Sugar's bumper arrived, great packaging. Thanks to Trail Tailor for a great bumper. Beautiful work Jason.
Thought I was getting a free hand truck in the deal :)

Bumper swing out parts are primed and painted. Waiting on the drive line parts to arrive. Covid-19 has really slowed down supply lines on a lot of items I use in the shop.

No and no. Sugar is a 60 on 80 roller with 80 axles and components. Standard 80 series 4 piston calipers.

Sugar will go a long way between fill ups with this 42 gallon tank from Cruiser Brothers. Fuel pump module and float less fuel level sender from Tanks Inc. Primed, Lizard Skin and final paint.

Will you run the stock toyota transfer case and if so is there an adapter readily available...or do you run something like a NP202? I don't know much about these cases other than seeing them listed in various classifieds where people did V8 conversions

This bus plate mounts in the driver's foot well. Relays transform BATT power to IGN and Dash light power using just mili amps from the OEM wiring rather than wiring electrical additions directly to the OEM harness. The dash light bus bar is mounted on the fire wall.

Beautiful build!

@NCFJ

Would you mind taking a few pics of how you mount the "new " seatbelts in the back when you get to that point?

Waiting for a few overseas parts before I start mine & I would love to see how you mount the retractor.
