There's on in Charlotte, NC. It's a bit more expensive than I think it's worth though. I'm completely unrelated to the seller.

Sold history often times just tells you the last price it was at when it sold, i.e. The vehicle sold outside of the eBay process and the seller ends the auction early. If you can find one in the $8-$10 range, you should just buy it because that's really cheap, of course you may spend double that trying to make it right again

emailed seller and he seems to think : " I have the Federal customs forms ready, which can be done at a Port of Entry office at any airport. You don't have to do this at the border."

I suppose you could drive it to the southern border, that would be a really smooth transaction, I'm sure (sarcasm).
