What is the rear bumper plan? I've debated building one that looks like the stock bumper, but with rear off-road strength and a spare swinger.

As expensive as gates are getting i would strongly recommend against bumper delete.
I got hit two different times without a bumper on my 86. Super fxcking annoying.

I would never do a spare swinger again. It's always in the way.

That's been my objection to them from way, way back. Trouble is that sometimes it is the best solution, flawed as it is. Started to build one for Patch and ended up building what I called the "Pro-Farm" spare carrier that placed it up-right in the driver's rear corner of the bed. A 33-10.50 slipped in there perfectly. No such option in my '88 4rnnr.

Holy schit! That's a short bed 45. Very nice. Good luck with the Lincoln. That looks like a project.

I built a fold down. Removable hitch mount. Acts as a step when down.
