Yeah, the bigger FZJ rotors drop right on, calipers will bolt right on, just have to trim or replace the backing plate. Rotors are over an in larger diameter and about a half inch thicker. Only difference is the birfs are longer to accommodate the ads ring, makes the stub about 3/8" longer, which moves the groove out, which is why the flanges are different. you can use either Era as spares for the other as long as you have the matching flange.

He says he doesn't want one that is overly built. No more than a 2" lift, and no bigger than 33" tires. He sounds like he'd be perfectly happy for a bone stock one too. Price point is anything under $10k. The lower miles, the better.
