Looking at the ARB website, the rack for the 80 is 49" wide and the rack for the 100 is only 44" wide so I would have to say probably not. It also looks like they only make a rack that is 44" long for the 100. This rack is the 87" long variety.

Having said all of that, I am guessing you could make anything work with some adjustments / mods but I don't think this would be a direct bolt on. :(

Guys and gals, I just sold a full length ARB roof rack to one of our local members 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately he is looking to sell it as it is too difficult for him to get his kayaks on and off due to the lift on the truck and the height of the rack. It comes with a hi-lift and shovel mount and the 6 gutter mounts. He is asking $600 and the rack is in Mandeville. I can tell you that the rack is in great condition. A little bit of peeling but nothing major. If you're interested his MUD handle is @bigezvol or let me know and I'll get him in touch with you.

Well, I put if off too long and had to miss the AR weekend because of it :( but I finally got that full floater/ disc rear and disc/disc master cylinder swap done on the 92.

Pretty straightforward. Hardest part was probably the parking brake cable swap. Had to lower the fuel tank an inch or so to fish the new one in there. I still have to swap the rear locker over to this one but that can wait for another weekend.

Guess I'll start looking for parts to upgrade the front brakes next. Too tired to think about it now...

I just went to NAPA and got parts for a 97. It is about the easiest upgrade for an FJ80. Two things to note: first if I remember correctly, the later model calipers use a different end at the calipers fitting. I know I used new lines, but the old ones may have worked. Second you will have to cut the backing plate down to just a spacer ring, or you may be able to just eliminate it all-together. I cut mine down. If you want factory then you will have to source a later model backing plate.

Only bad part on mine is after 3 years I'm still not sure I have ever gotten all the air out... may just need to upgrade the MC.

100 series pads?

On the 91-92 So axle housing is the same? Spindle?

Yeah, the bigger FZJ rotors drop right on, calipers will bolt right on, just have to trim or replace the backing plate. Rotors are over an in larger diameter and about a half inch thicker. Only difference is the birfs are longer to accommodate the ads ring, makes the stub about 3/8" longer, which moves the groove out, which is why the flanges are different. you can use either Era as spares for the other as long as you have the matching flange.
