Would be very interested in a hitch plate like yours.. losing the stock hitch would be huge! I know there are aftermarket but they don’t have the swing out tab on it.

What will the upgrades be? New price?

I’m interested in one for a ‘91 driver side with 35x10.5.
Is your dad running fj wheels? How’s it look from the side. Are they 16’s?
Looks outstanding. They are FN Wheels Overlander Spec B's machined out to clear the hubs with center caps. FN wheels did that at our request which was cool. They are 17x9 and with 35x12.5's they fit perfectly in line with the wider fzj80 flares.
Not the best pic to show the width but here is a full pic of them. The rings are supposedly non removable on these wheels but they look like they are. The FJ cruiser wheels have a slightly thicker ring as do the 17" rock warriors. The rock warrior rings have the exact same bolt spacing which would be kind of cool to be able to swap on some nice TRD Forged rings if they weren't like $200/each!

I can’t find those wheels on FN’s site.
Yeah. He is a nice guy. I’ve talked to him once about 80 wheels, but I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger. There's several wheels I know of that he doesn't have on his site. Tacoma world seems to have more updated info on them.
Overlander Spec B is with the ring
Overlander Spec A is without the ring
And the FX Pro is the TRD Pro 4Runner style but in a 17x8 with (IIRC) 4.5" backspacing which has the same specs as the factory 80 series 16x8 wheels but it's a 17".
Dustin knows way more about wheels than I do and is very helpful. Best way to get ahold of him is to call him.
I'm sticking with the traditional installation but wondering how difficult it will be to modify to hi-lift at a later date?
"The second form is the “Hi-Lift Kit”. This kit allows a 48” hi lift to be mounted behind the swing out. Along with the updated components, it contains the pieces required to extend the tire far enough to accommodate the Hi-Lift."
The Hi-Lift kit one also available in both configurations as well? I like the tire on the PS setup better.
