Someone posted a pic recently of a rear spring hanger that cracked the frame, and I mentioned there about adding a vertical gusset up the side of the frame to the hanger so that more than just the bottom channel of the frame was supporting the hanger.
On Ruftoys I used the gusset as an anchor for a tube that I made which runs out to the backside of the rock sliders. My rockers are cut. Your tub, with uncut rockers, might benefit even more from such a mod.

Test fitting the jump seats. Frames will get the media blast treatment and a respray. Still working through the new skins? I like the Coral covers from SOR but I can’t make out the exact color from the webpage vice what I’ve seen on other threads. ISeat seams to be hit or miss. I haven’t touched base with my local guy yet. He did the seats/jump seats several years ago and did a very nice job. I think He’s doing “commercial customer” work, IE new car conversions etc etc, so getting in may be an issue. I‘ll slide out to the shop next week with some coffee and doughnuts and plead my “repeat customer” case…

its actually possible that's a OEM TOYOTA PIO or DEALER installed 86300- ......

either way , this is that OEM JAPAN Spec,. parst problem solver ,....
i had no idea until i crossed paths with this KIT , its everything you would expect too ..
it even has a factory installed YAZAKI grommet too !

My current plan. The Mule is radio delete. The tiny sound from the radio interferes with the voices in my head.

Lower dash pad, Aq defrost deflector and steering wheel making it on the mock-up check list.
Are you going to have a dash pad? If so, and if you need the piece for the dash, I have one off an old tub.

Jack and genuine reproduction early tool roll finding their rightful place in the mock-up.
On first glance with the shape of the Aluminum dash- Dash pad support might be outside the box solution.
