Should start a spread sheet on what ya find 😏🤔😉. Ya know when you have time ⏲️😳😉

Should have plenty of time when this project is done. But then again, are we ever really done?

Rear cargo area is prepped and ready for primer and paint. Last of the body painting! (still need to paint the bumpers) That's a big milestone.

Well!!!!! 4 Buckets 🤔😏👍😉😳🙄
Bob..........you win! Free beer or beers redeemable next time we meet. I hope that is soon. It's on me.

Always thought a vintage leather interior would look great in a PIG. Something with character that's tough and durable. As mentioned before I typically lean toward the purist side but I hope to drive this often on long trips and with my size I was looking for something that fit me better. My front bench seat was not original and not very comfortable. Had to sit sideways and twisted like a pretzel.

After some deliberation and thinking about vehicles with a heavy, thick, natural looking leather I remembered the earlier Ford King Ranch trucks. It's amazing what you can buy on Ebay. Purchased front seats from a King Ranch Ford F150 and rear seats from a King Ranch Expedition. Had no idea if they would fit? If seats from two separate vehicles would match? Tried my best to grab a few measurements. You never know until you try.

See below. I'm very happy with the look and fit of the rear seats. Considered no rear seats? But they can be removed, taking out a few bolts. They also fold down for additional storage. Some fabricating and they mounted well.

I've got a friend in the Lancaster area who does custom leather work. He could probably redo those King Ranch pieces as TEQ pieces if you're interested.

Great minds think alike. That would be a nice touch. I did give something like that a thought but haven't gotten any further than that.

I am interested and would love to make something happen. Thanks for your input. Let's talk, Lancaster is a nice ride from my place.

I have a gentleman's farm and we often rescue animals. Once the word is out, a lot of people call to see if we can accommodate their animals or an animal they've found. Wish I could take them all but it's just not practical.

Here is some pictures of Kevin the peacock. He's anxious for spring. I'm impressed how hearty they are and survive the cold weather. He's very social and likes to see what going on.

Sent you a message with his contact info...

I see a Boer goat in the back round. For fun, I'm guessing a 6 month old male, but can't see his horns.
Good eye on the Boer. It is a male. No horns. He is older, I'm guessing 2.5 years old.

He was raised as a 4H project and the owner decided they no longer wanted him and he was headed to the butcher. The original owners neighbor said "you can't take him to the butcher" purchased him with no intention of keeping him other than saving him.

Glad he found us. He is like a dog and is great around people.

Ok, he's a wether, that's why he's small. A 2.5 year old buck that we raised would be around #300 or more pounds and you wouldn't call them friendly. :) Good for you keeping the unwanted it can be a handful. Since we retired from raising kids the Does left are now our pets and will live out their lives care free.
