Bump to this thread b/c I am trying to find some good part numbers to use to order up pieces here in the US...

I am trying to order a relay rod for a Left Hand Drive, solid front axle 70 series.

I had p/n's of:
45045-69045 - pass side relay TRE
45451-60100 - relay rod
45044-69085 - driver side relay TRE (mounts at pitman arm)

TwoThirtyDirty said this relay rod should be 38.375" long (should work well for my need of a relay rod that measures 37.785" for my 40 series w/ 60 series PS):

drag link alone is 30.375". Stud to stud is about 38.375" give or take with adjustment. Stud taper is toyota large, same as 60 series. Threads are 21mm. Rod ends are rebuildable, same as 60. Pitman end rod end is shorter than 60 series, knuckle end should be the same.

The part numbers that I had are no good anymore.
The pass side relay TRE and relay rod itself (45045-69045 & 45451-60100) have been replaced by 45045-60H04, which is an assembly of the pass side relay TRE and the relay rod. These are the same parts as used on a 60 series, so the rod no longer measures 30.375", it is more like 27.75" which will not work for my needs.

My question to you; what p/ns would get you a complete relay rod (from pitman arm to pass side of the tie rod) for the Left Hand Drive, solid front axle 70 series?

Thank you very much for your help!

Thanks much! I'm trying to figure out how connect a j7 steering to a j6 pitman arm. The taper is wider on the j7 end. I just emailed Kurt @ cruiseroutfitters.com.

I ended up reaming it to fit... All is well!

Are you skilled at finding these? It seems like these are not available in the US catalog.

part number 45460-69135 tube is 42" with center of end at 48" with +/- 1" play
