It isnt very often you come across a 1963 "one owner" swb 45...one family anyway. A longtime friend on MUD (Manfredi) was contacted by a guy selling his 45. Well Manfredi was way at the bottom of Florida and the truck was in Cali. It also hadnt been driven in six years, which left more questions than answers when the seller said it "at least needed a clutch." Manfredi also didnt really want a swb...he has been searching for a longbed since I bought his years ago. So, it seems Wyoming was a great option.
Anyway, after remanufacturing a stock radiator, rebuilding brakes, carb, water pump, thermostat and flushing/replacing much of the fuel delivery system...it is here and running great. The dingy paint even looks great after some rubbing compound. The bed looks as tho it is new.(Seller had a topper on it since new). It is much smaller than I remember from my last swb.
Well, the lead is much appreciated and this museum piece is back on the road instead of sitting under a tarp. (and it really looks even better in person)

What are the plans?
