damn that's pretty. where is this? looks kinda like the tetons to me - but i dont see the grand teton so maybe not?
Good eye, this was taken on a dirt road that starts in the park and dead ends at a trailhead just east of the park bounds. The mountain pictured is Mt. Moran which is somewhat separate from the grand, just a little to the north.
damn - i love that area so much. i used to have a job that let me work 100% remote....so last 2 summers i spent in wyoming working from the tailgate of my old tacoma. best summers of my life honestly. i crawled all over jackson hole, snake river, gros ventre, spread creek...just working and fishing.
your pic reminds me of the road that follows spread creek to the east...
I think I know that road.
After looking at a map, the pic was taken on Pilgrim Creek Road.
I also spent a few weeks up there two summers in a row a few years back. I love that area, the hiking and backpacking is amazing and the fishing is always enjoyable.

That's a great looking setup. What is the suspension/tire combo on that rig?
When I owned it, it was 4.5" custom Alcan leaf springs, Bilstein 5150's, hysteer, HFS Barbell shackles, 35" First Gen. Goodyear MT/Rs and 6º caster correcting shims up front. Cheers!
Sick, so "off the shelf" springs that would come close would be the OME Mojave and Shackle reversal?

If the Mojave is similar to the OME Dakar Heavys...what do they yield? a little over 3" depending
on armor/weight...IDK what a shackle reversal yields.
