Question - Are the 2 big parts mirror images of each other and interchangeable?

My reason for asking is I want to run stock speedo and misc lights, with new 4 gauge cluster and maybe new tach.

any 2 1/16 gauge will fit where the stock tach was. Any 4" gauge will fit in the original right speedo position and left cluster position

Yes the large gauge holders are the same part, flipped.
I'll have 8~10 sets out of powder today. I'll build another ten or twenty next week. I had to scavenge material for this batch.
I've already ordered more of the spacers and steel for some more

I'll get these into a USPS small flat rate so shipping is the same anywhere in the US, $6.45. I figure 35.00 for parts. By my math that equals 40.00 even..
