Spoke to Lance at Ironpig Offroad tonight and he told me the company that builds his body panels should have front replacement fenders for our pigs very soon, like weeks not months. :bounce::bounce2: Which according to Lance could lead to 1/4 panels
and maybe floors. Please do not call him with 1000 question he will be posting this info very soon. :D

WAYYYYyyyy:cool: I have 4 fenders in my garage...2 very good ones, but fresh metal that would be something.

Spoke with Bob (Metal Twister) This am. As per his post (floorboard thread), he is willing to help out and make individual floors. Excellent man, Excellent work I believe.

I do not know if Ehsan is still working on this or not? I had the impression on his last post on that thread that he was. But I have seen nothing of late. Keep in mind it does take time.

We are not a $ making market. So, these folks, as they help us need to be appreciated for sure.

Would plans include back quarter with reverse light/marker area as stock?

Right now the only thing etched in stone are the fenders but since they build body panels for the 40/45, they can build anything on the 55 and it would be built to stock. Let's wait until Lance give us the details and I'm sure all question will be answer in time.
The rear 1/4 panels including the area around the cargo windows and the rear wheel well and the rear corner is impossible to get to without removing the roof or cutting the 1/4 panel so having a replacment would be huge. My 55 has surface rust inside the cargo area, around the bottom edge of the rear cargo window, and i assume its that way all the way around the cargo glass. So I'm considering removing my roof to access this area and shoot rust inhibitor from the top and coat with POR's.

Awsome:bounce:...........we are a patient lot:hhmm:.............this search for replacement floorboards has been going on since December 05 and we have not seen one floorboard come out yet, lots of pigs have been sent to the great crusher during that time....... lot of times 'cause the owners get discouraged about the floorboards and fenders...........if Lance can get them fabbed:bounce:it will probabbly save a lot of pigs and add to the value of those that want to sell as now they can be fixed, just my 0.02:D
