I have for sell a used 40-series spare tire carrier for the passenger side (Right Side). The tire carrier was built by INTI in Venezuela and it was made using hinges from a Factory Tire Carrier, reinforcing the tube structure, and modifying it to accept a 33 - 37" tire without sticking to the side.
It is the actual tire carrier from the 40-series in the photos below. We completed a trip to Angel Falls in 2012 and I got it shipped to the U.S. short after the trip. You can see it holding a 36" tire (Actually 35.5" Super Swamper Q78) on the photos below:
