How do I add mine to the registry FJ4063282. It is an 11/68 build date 69 40 with a 2F

Mine is also a 12-71, serial number 118978. They must have rolled off the assembly line at about the same time!
 
Mine is a March 1978 FJ40 272039. The 2F and 4 speed was replace and now has a Cummins R2.8 H55F and split transfer case with 3:1 low range.

The rear axle is a modified full floating FJ60 axle.

Wow you are not kidding - 1967 builds start with 47196. I am not sure how accurate these numbers are on this chart as it is literally the only source I have been able to track down to the primary source. But I've asked before and no one has refuted it.

There would have been a brass tag stamped 1967 with your VIN tag on the inner fender.
 
Howdy - my 78 FJ40 is listed on here but looks like I need to confirm the motor.

FJ40-294261 with original 2F. Mustard Yellow

Current -72 FJ40-128745, build date 5/72, original Rustic Green paint (except for driver door), original F engine, 3 speed, US California spec sold at Toyota of Los Angeles, completely stock and unmodified. I am the 3rd owner.

In search of my previous 72 FJ40-133970, build date 8/72, Dune beige, US spec bought new in San Francisco, Ca. When I traded it in (mistake) I had put a SBC 350 with a Toyota 4 speed trans/3 speed trfr case in it. At the time of trade in 1994 it was the original Dune Beige. I heard it’s in the Heber/Overgaard area in Arizona. I’d love to have it back. Maybe someone can help.
