Hey guys...need your opinions

A new company, Rock Tactics is working on some 40 parts. I really like the beveled bumper and mounting the stinger where it will actually slide you over obstacles. Thoughts?

how well did the washers sit flat on both the header and intake? Typically the header flange is thinner and you will need to run 1/2 washers to shim up the common washer and even the load

Don't know yet. Not sure why JTs doesn't sell those washers. Were hoping what we did works.

You have to cut a thick 5/8" washer in half....grinder and vise grips

WOW! What a difference! This thing must of had a HUGE air intake leak at the manifold gasket. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE!

Feels like a sports car and actually accelerates.

Did you turn out the exhaust to the side? If it is going straight out, you will suck fumes. If on the side like OEM you won't.

Really makes a difference.

Just do exhaust OEM style on the turnout. The muffler can be anywhere (yet I like it in the stock spot for heat)

Why y'all hatin' on flow master? I have had a 40 series on my 40 for years. Love the tone. Oh and I will let you drive a LX 450 with a magnaflow that will make you dig out the ear plugs after about 20 minutes.

you might want to think about attachment points for shackles or towing - the OEM hooks can be useless once there is a winch mounted
