Anyone know for certain what color the factory vinyl seats were in a '76?

Everywhere that sells replacement covers sells gray and black...cannot find a definitive answer on which color my 76 would've come with. The ones i took out were so faded they could've been either color

'76 would've had black. I believe either starting in '79 or maybe even a little later is when they changed to the grey. Can't remember the exact years, but I do recall reading where the grey didn't start until the square grille models.

Is there a trick to getting the small round plug out? This is the back of the head light switch. Main plug undone without issue.

The round one is twisting a bit and has come out about 1/4".
