I'd like a simple snap-in plug to cover the hole in the fender where the stupid OEM radio antenna was. Either that, or an adapter that fits the contour/angle of the fender and allows the use of a standard fixed mast style antenna. Similar to the "Tacoma antenna mod." The problem with the Tacoma antenna is that it doesn't sit quite right on the fender causing the antenna to not be vertical. It works, but it's annoying.

The nuts that hold down the second row footsteps. The little plastic cover under the clock that I'm missing.

I've been working on it, and am really close. I have to make a few adjustments, but they are functional as of right now. I still have to leave them in the car and see if it matters the material where they are right now. Forgive my slowness, I'm brand new to 3d printing / creating 3d printed objects.

@Bax454 I think @bhicks does an amazing job already on those, and wouldn't want to intrude on something he has spent a lot of time doing and perfecting.
@Rea1994 just as a heads up, i just saw where @bhicks is actually thinking of selling or downsizing his business and is looking for possible buyers to take over his well established product line.

Just found this.. has anyone thought about printing the triangle cover that hides the side mirror bolts, except adding a spot for a twitter speaker pointed at the occupants?

I have not thought of that. I thought about putting a cell mount there but it was just too far to the left and out of the drivers line of site. Not a bad idea for a speaker mount.

If it's not crazy pricey I think it would sell.. It would be small, useful, and most importantly improve our craptastic speaker placement!

I hope to see it come to life!!

Bringing this back with another suggestion.......

OK I've got another much larger request. A 3d printed steering column cover, mine shot and it seems like a common part most people are looking for.

Wow, I've learned a lot from mud, just didn't expect to learn so much about 3D printing here. Interesting stuff!

I have been asked to make the clam shell steering column thing by many people. There are quite a few issues with making this part. The biggest is that there are zero flat edges to print on. That means the entire piece must sit on a bed of supports. That uses a LOT of material and is a PITA to remove and look smooth. The labor and long print time gets the piece into a price range that I don't think people would buy. It's one of those things where I couldn't make it at a reasonable price. It would be cheaper to order from the dealer but I'm guessing by the demand that this is a part that has been discontinued. There are a few machines coming out soon that could probably handle a part like this for a lot less money. If the machines aren't too crazy expensive then I may grab one and give the clam shell project a go.

After adding insulation under the carpets the factory plastic nuts are too short. Could you print some about 1/4" longer?

Same Question would be interested

Me too. I would buy a handful if they were a bit longer.

Wow. Is that grill 1 solid print?
Did this in two parts with a dovetail joint running center vertical. It was printed on a Stratasys 900mc. Didn't have time to run it at highest quality, so we needed to do quite a bit of surface prep before paint. All in all, very happy with how it turned out.

You can still get new OEM. I bought it for $109.54 from Specter Offroad. Just to give you an idea whether its worth it or not. I have all three of your cupholders and they're awesome!

Put me down for a few... Too lazy to search for replacements, I stole one from one of the kick panel pieces.
