No way it will clear in Neutral height setting. Keep it on H1 and he should be fine. I barely rub in H1 with 295/70/18
It rubs in H1 too, especially while reversing while turning. I have thought about adjusting sensors, but don't want to put too much stress on geometry/UCAs/etc.

Regarding the mudflaps, I'm probably going to just trim the mudflap where it kisses. Just haven't gotten around to it.

I finally got the Icon wheels and Falken tires installed. I think it is going to take some time for the look to settle in for me. Definitely looks more aftermarket, and I tend to think the stock look is pretty nice.

I'm a little disappointed that somehow the new +40mm offset wheels seems to be causing even more rubbing issues than the stock wheels did with the same 285/70R18 tires.

I had convinced myself that going with the 33.6-34.0" tires would prevent any rubbing issues. Wrong.

For those who have had to do some heating/molding, is it fairly easy to push the liner/mud flap in so that the back of the tire isn't rubbing?

Any suggestions on how to address the UCA rubbing?View attachment 4075607View attachment 4075608

I have the same wheels and tires but in +25 offset. I removed the mudflaps. Even with the more aggressive stance I haven’t had any issues with the tires throwing debris on the side of vehicle.

Custom! I do not like rubbing. Or rattles.

Where'd you get the bump stops? I'm about 5k miles from new tires, will be going with your ko3 set up on my stock wheels (I like the look!)
I ordered the Perry Parts stops (41mm height for AHC trucks). I have the rears as well but they forgot to send me the bolts, so that install will have to wait.

Edit: I only ordered one pair of stops for the front despite the 300 having four OEM bumpstops on the front.
