Planning to arrive around supper time on Thursday, but trying to get a solid shipping date from my camper trailer builder to determine if I'm using it or reserving a room.
Well there are already 200% more 77 Series scheduled to attend this year than were present last year. : )
Sorry, I couldn't find my dime store calculator.
I'm aware of a few that are attending but will be camping. Let me know if I can help.

My bride has not told me yet if I get to go.
Our 30th wedding anniversary lines up very close to the gathering and she is considering a big trip to celebrate.
Until she tells me where I am jumping and how high I need to jump, I am the wimp on the sidelines watching the party plans develop.
On the plus side, my annual pass for Wind Rock is paid up through next May. I have that detail closed and ready.

Be sure to ask for the Wind Rock discount. Most of the hotels in Oak Ridge offer a discount if you mention that you are there for an event at Wind Rock.
Sam Houston (the Grand Poobah of the event) has already made arrangements. Thanks for the tip however.
I'm going to try Sam but it's looking tough due to some recent family obligations that have come up.
Anyone Camping on this trip? Sept is a great time to camp! But will hotel it if really needed
