This is the most odd part on the vehicle. It attaches to the bottom of the rear apron. The D-pillar is sandwiched in between the apron and this part, then the quarter corner attaches to the bottom of this piece. I need to accurately install it on the new, reproduction apron. First, I need to remove all the old pieces spot welded to it and hop that its good enough to reuse. In the picture with the vice grip, that is precisely where it attaches.

There are two sizes pressed into the floor for the holes, one for the body mount and tge other is a drain I believe. I made a quick die to press the smaller hole. The larger one is the exact size my press is set up with. This piece took a while, so I will finish the whole piece tomorrow.

There are a few remaining small parts with brackets as we move through these pieces. This is the bracket for a brace that holds the front inner fenders near the firewall. Guaranteed rust on everything we remove. You all hadn't seen rust in a while so I didn't want anyone to get bored.

How do you like the silicone bronze wire? We use it at work daily on laser welders. I want to take some home to try out on some home jobs, and was wondering on how it performs compared to mild steel fill rod.
