2002 LX470 Fan making awful noises and jiggling

Hello fellow mud h8ters,
This week my wife's 2002 LX 470 started making noise which sounded to be a pulley having problems. I opened the hood and watched the belts system while it was running and the fan looks to be jiggling and making what sounds like bearings going out.
My question to you all: Is the fan pulley connected to something internal? I sthis something I should be able to replace myself. I did it on my 91 LC, and it wasn't hard. Does the 2UZ-FE have any nuances I should know about?

It's likely your fan bracket, the bearings in it. Get an Aisin replacement, Cruiser Outfitters has them.

It's the fan bracket. Had mine go out a couple of years ago.
