FWIW - I think you'll have to fab your own camera relocation kit. I just installed an ARB on my 2021 yesterday and the camera relocation kit fits into the arb plastic grill insert and bolts to one of the internal supports. Pretty unlikely it will fit in your TJM. ARBs sits about 4" off center as well. The kit does come with two brackets though. One that mounts to the support slightly off center meant to be used if you're running a winch, and another that is meant to be used in the center on a bumper not designed for winch. I have the second un-used if you want it. It would at least give you the camera mount holes and maybe you could modify the bracket from there to work for you.
Thanks for the response & offer! I may run my current set up a bit to figure out the limitation. If I end up relocating the camera I will fab some bracket up to fit. I think I will need the longer wiring loom that comes with the ARB kit though?

Past weekend at ATR. And Nemo. Nice beautiful built 200 series 10 years apart from mine.

The loom that came in the ARB relocation kit is plenty long. Mine is relocated onto the ARB bumper off center and there is definately excess. If you don't have a winch in the way you can run it straight back to the connector in the center of the grill, I'm sure it's long enough unless you plan to mount much lower or higher than stock.

Son had a football game on the other side of the mtn range we live in. Instead of taking the hwy, mrs and I packed a lunch in the fridge and took the road less travelled. Four hours of mtn roads instead of 2 1/2 of pavement. It was half the mileage of the HWY. Straight through the mountain range rather than driving around, so theoretically a short cut. The Warriors had a great game and won. It was a beautiful day for driving and football games.
