Icon stage 5 200 series rear suspension with lca's and 2.5 CDC shocks.

Holy cow. How much is all of that going to cost?

I see you are in SC. Long ago, I spent a year at the Savannah River Plant building a dam.

Very cool to see more Tundra /Icon rigs and extra points for the gears/locker !!
What specs are the rims going to be ?

Cheers

^^^X2 on rims. With the Tundra front end, the wheels are pushing the edge of width without protruding past the fenders (with stock wheels)
will be curious to see what offset you choose and how it fits in the wheel wells.
Glad to see another Tundra hybrid.

When do you expect to have this portion of the build complete?

Deadline is January 5th. So 4 weeks.

Yes 4:88's

Also adding some Terrain Tamer vented drilled slotted rotors from Cruiser Brothers.

Lockers arrived today so it will be on come Monday. Today I spent the day taking delivery of a container of take offs of new 200 series parts. Will be selling everything from carpet, interiors, airbags, glass, shocks, springs, rotors, calipers and non kdss sway bars. All new with no miles on them just a few feet.

I dunno about what everyone else thinks, but I have to say, my perceptions about the 200 being purely a soft 'toorak tractor' are being replaced with a feeling that there's a VDJ200 in my future, and hopefully not too distant

They seem to be quite a capable truck with the right mods...

Putting together the front diff with the Harrop e locker from Cruiser Brothers and 4:88 nitro ring and pinion from Just Differentials.

Rear Harrop e locker finished.

This truck was only 3 years old and the entire lower control arms were seized. We had to cut them out. Thank god we are replacing them with tundra arms. This is the second truck that we have had this issue.

Even better the kdss relief valves were rusted shut.

Icon stage 5 shocks and UCA's. Also notice the drilled and slotted Terrain Tamer rotors front and rear. The guys at Cruiser Brothers hooked us up.

Now on to wiring. Using a Switch-Pro 8100 for the lockers and future mods. Love the fact it's Bluetooth

Thanks, Marshall. We exist to enable.
Looking forward to seeing the final product - including the Switch-Pro install.

WTF? Why are the LCAs frozen? Lack of maintenance? Poor design?

Lack of lubrication. From what we can tell. The first one was a really clean 2011. This one we soaked it for two weeks daily and they still had to be cut off. So just for you guys out there who are planning on taking your lca's off. Make sure you buy ALL new hardware before you attempt it. And plan 4-6 hrs of cutting
