Ordered an aftermarket cv axle. Got this one that has a warranty. When I put it next to the factory axle it looks tiny. The splines and shafts are all the same and it looks like they will fit fine but the overall circumference is a lot smaller. Anyone see one like this before?

Is that Napa or RockAuto? I ran a Napa axle once. Once. It shattered on my first offroad trip after installing it.

I've always gotten factory axles up until a couple years ago. Now all the Toyota Parts options are remans. I bought a CVJ axle most recently, which are also remans but with sturdier boots. They have a few different price points.

no listing for the 200 on their site. Wonder if the Sequoia or tundra cv is the same

Tundras are longer. Never put anything but OEM CV's on a lifted cruiser. Everything else will fail. Trust me.

That was only for a spell, at least for 100 series front cv axles. They are selling new ones again. I think all the failures of the reman units drove that.
The reman units had a dash and a two digit number after the normal Toyota part number
