Can't say I hear a rubbing or squeaks but there seems to be excessive top end rattles and noises that doesn't sound healthy.
top end sounds like a singer sewing mschine and the idler pulleys are new. i took the belt off and ran it without it.....still had the noise. so, you dont think it could be the oil pump rubbing the housing?

Cruiserparts was able to find them, oem apparently, but didn't share the part #.
Are these not covered by the 2-and-9 freeze plug set?
96411-65000 x2
96411-63500 x9

There are no OEM replacement parts for these items. The dorman oil plugs are
555-108
So the kit above has the Dorman parts?

The front two freeze plugs are 96411-65000; they're clearly illustrated in the block parts diagram.

Thanks; confirmed and ordered

no it has a set of oil galley plugs that i found to be too small to fit properly in the block. the ball bearings from the kit were the correct size though. the dorman plugs can be purchased any o-rileys or autozone probably even amazon and those fit snug and correct in the block.
Thanks for the tip--would you know the Dorman plug #s?

dorman 555-108, autozone shows them at 1.39$ a piece you need 2
You've used all of these Dorman parts with no issue? I ask because of the prices. But maybe I'm just used to the Toyota Tax...

What’s the difference you don’t have another choice! :flipoff2:
I guarantee there are other choices--these are not the only ball bearings and plugs on the planet with those dimensions--I'm just looking to find out if Dorman is gonna go 200k+ miles. Be a little inconvenient if not.

Probably more dependent on your cooling system maintenance habits than the plugs themselves tbh.

Ha, just heard a brilliant, zero-fail solution: thread the hole and install a threaded plug.
