Build 1997 FZJ80 to HDJ80 1HD-FTE + H152F

Got some new parts today. I try to stockpile things I might need in case they go NLA. This batch was a new 80 series oak dash and weatherstripping for the truck. This one doesn’t really need it but maybe down the road.

I did get a new front grille for this truck. I thought I had one but could not locate it last weekend. I love new parts.

Not much else to do to the truck at this point but drive it occasionally.

The grille is readily available at any dealer.

I did not make it long with the Depo projector setup. Just did not look right on the truck. Ended up going back with some new OEM euro spec headlight assemblies (H1/H4 bulbs) that @OGBeno procured for me. Coupled that with some new OEM chrome headlight trim and it’s good to go.

x2. Headlights, grills, trim, etc. are things that should remain original/oem IMO. Always looks so out of place and not of the time if it isnt.

JDM 62 style headlights look good, too.
