To All:

I have this FJ40 on consignment at Land Cruiser Nation. I just wanted to give you all my opinion of this 1968 Spring Green FJ40. She was meticulously restored in Colfax, IA by a long time customer of mine. He is a retired dentist and he's no stranger to vintage Land Cruisers. He's restored several and he puts his heart, soul and considerable craftsmanship into his projects. He spent a year or more on this very detailed restoration. You will not find a better US Spec 1968 Spring Green FJ40. She's as good as it gets!

I don't like terms like "mint" or "flawless" because when it comes to 50+ year old trucks, nothing is "perfect". But she's as damn CLOSE to perfect you will ever find and a great value! If your reading this and you know me then you probably know I've been immersed in the Land Cruiser world for well over 25 years. I pride myself on being transparent and I shoot straight. There's nothing to hide here. She's priced below marked in my opinion and likely about half of what she cost to create. She's truly as nice as she looks. So if you're interested in a quality vintage FJ40, I'd be happy to see her go to a home where she will be cherished and enjoyed.

You will not be disappointed and you can find her here -> Spring Green Classic Reborn!

Have a Merry Christmas!
Greg

Stunning! Anyone who has taken the time can see the value.

It looks turnkey, ready to drive across country.

Circling back through this cruiser porn, it looks like, in the engine bay pic, the fitting on the air cleaner for the smog pump is not capped. If so, you should.😉

I have a 68 and in the middle of a frame off and plan on painting it spring green. Hope mine turns out as nice as this one.

Such a nice early 40 you have here. I always thought this era was the best looking, especially in spring green. The round bib lights, turn signals, tail lights and side reflectors really give it a distinctive look. I personally love the 3 on the tree and the simple interior and early doors with wing windows is pure 40. It looks like the resto is top notch and I'm really surprised it hasn't sold yet! I would be tempted if I didn't already have a '69!

Thanks for the nice words! The car is top notch as validated by a trusted FJ and forum member Greg Overton. The three speed is a lot of fun 😊. She is ready to make someone else very happy …
