Now looking for an older striker/door stop set that will fit this ‘63 FJ45. The bolt pattern measurement centered is 67.9 mm or 2.673" on the Striker and 55.3 mm or 2.177" on the Stop. View attachment 3620409 Anybody have a source for these smaller dimensional items?​

This doesn't help you right now, but Im looking around to get them reproduced, but haven't found anyone that can do it yet. Been looking at 3D printing as a option, but no luck so far.

If you need glass here in Phoenix, go to Bell Glass. They have done many 40 windshields, etc for me. They will provide the glass and gaskets. Last 40 windshield cost about $200 complete.

When did OEM windshields become NLA? Guess it been a while since I bought a couple of early NOS windshields.

Curious when the change was? I know the on the 1962 production FJ40 I have they were stamped metal. Will have to look on mine to see if there is anything on the door similar to the later style pot metal where the door has a piece as well as the B pillar.

What does the interior door latch look like?

My early '63 45 looks like that ^ , including the notch, which is from wear. You can swap sides if needed to get a fresh top surface at each door to help with door sag from age.

Somebody stamp those strikers, I could use one (or two).

Windshield went away a few years ago.

The change was mid 63 when the door regulator changed.

I was looking into getting it 3D printed without any luck so far. Or maybe casting them??
