Any progress on your s/c??
I’m sorry life has been a bit crazy and my wife has been using the 200 to travel, so not enough downtime to start it yet.... I am hopeful to get it going in the next couple weeks, I’ll post as soon as I start on it!

I did get both cruisers out to Moab the other week!

Kendall Toyota of Bend Oregon is a Magnussen Supercharger dealer and they suggested using a company called Unichip for their inline ecu programming. They have one already pre-programmed for the 200 Supercharged.

Yea the Magnuson supercharger uses a much smaller blower than harrop, I’ll stick to my tuning process!

Alright I apologize for the delay, but it is in the shop! I forced my wife to give it up for a few days! Planning to instal as a stage 1 with fuel pressure mod and no tuning to start, there’s so much debate on this topic, I want to see how it goes! Harrop says the computer will compensate, I believe it will, bigger fuel pump/ fuel pressure mod allow for more fuel, and parameters should be able to adjust!

Interesting. So you dropped the tank rather than go in thru the top (under the 2nd row)? Is that because the fuel pump replacement required more changes than could be made from the top? About how many hours to drop and rehang the tank?

How do you like your Toyos? I’ve read a few reviews about them being really stiff and heavy feeling, etc and also read positive comments. I’m running LT35/12.5r18 KO2 and they rub just barely on full reverse turn. Off-road I’m sure they would definitely rub and pose a problem. I couldn’t find the actual size specs for your Toyo. Do they runs true to size unlike the KO2. My Ko2 is actually a 34.5

Dropping the tank took 20 min, total time to drop, instal pump, and reinstall tank was about 1 hr. Though I do this kind of work often so I’m fairly efficient! I choose to go that route because there is no possible way to pull the fuel pump from the inside without making a mess, and the last thing I want to smell for the next month every time I get in it is fuel!!! With a lift and proper tools, tank drop is simple!

Love the toyos! I also love the ko2s, can’t go wrong with either! I run 37 ko2s on my 80! These toyos measure 34x11 approx, with a little more trimming you could probably get rid of that rub issue, possibly a body mount chop!

Toyo puts full specs on their site but you have to expand the index to get things like weight.

Also I’ve found tire rack very convenient for quickly looking up tire specs, assuming it is a model/spec/size they carry.

Radiator is a bit of a trick to mount! Technically meant for a tundra, but with some modifications it tucks in nicely! Need to make one L bracket to brace the bottom and I’ll be happy with it!

Ok calling it a night! Got my L bracket done, happy with the radiator and pump mounting! Tomorrow I’ll dive into pulling the motor apart! If all goes good, hope to have it running by end of day tomorrow! Tough to see these parts but I’ll throw out a couple pics!
