When you get no start is the red light still blinking? Immobilizer?

red light on radio for alarm or another one? I haven't noticed. I did read some threads on the immobilizer and some solenoid in the tumbler that communicates with the key fob....it could be dang near anything.....looking into it tomorrow.

I plan to check:
1. battery
2. connections
3. alarm light
4. not sure how to check immobilizer??
5. get new key made (mine is broken and I just hold fob up to tumbler when I crank)

5. get new key made (mine is broken and I just hold fob up to tumbler when I crank)

That is probably your problem right there. If the chip is too far from the correct position it won't start the vehicle. Get the new key cut and programed before you chase too many other issues.

Anybody done the 200k mile makeover yet?

200K make over

Was under the truck earlier and noticed this puck on under the A arm is torn.....it looks extra dark in top right of pic.

I may replace most of the support pieces and rubber as mine are all shot.

Upper balljoint
Not sure if you can get just the boot by itself or not. Either way, the upper balljoint is now probably suspect, but it's not replaceable. It either has to come with a new upper A-arm assembly or you can replace the upper A-arms with SPC upper arms which have a serviceable joint (and are adjustable)

You are just an hour away from ACC.

Ron has a frozen AC compressor it seems.

He's at a Firestone. Will get reamed in the am and be rolling

Seems like replacing the AC compressors need to be added to the PM list on 100's. They have been dropping like flies here lately. This is the first one that locked up though.

Is there a visual test or symptoms of failure @offr0adlim0

I hear ya...this one just stated Ironman lift in the ad...and all LX's have AHC. Was just curious how this one was put together.
