@SurfSwitch considering a OME with UCAs puts you at $1,600
I imagine this will be greater than $2,000

I'm hoping it's not over $3k. But, it wouldn't surprise me. In any case, I'm aggressively reworking my finances now to fund this ;)

Awesome, but I'm going to guess at least $3k. Still won't be able to lift higher than 2-3" since the cv shaft will still exist.

One more reason to yank the AHC!!!

I am glad to see new products also !

sweet stuff.

ever thought about making portal-ized lower control arms. a control arm with a portal box integrated that includes the ability to use different hubs on the spindle so you can setup the bolt pattern and backspacing based on which hub you use. the portal box/spindle and hubs would be universal, and the control arm would be vehicle specific.

So the torsion bars are removed then? Or just reindexed and unloaded?

The TBs go bye-bye. The coilovers completely negate their purpose.

Better stock up on CV's. This new improved angle will likely make them angry much quicker. I like the idea, but think a longer CV is the missing link to making this newly found travel really valuable.

Side note @KOR metal FAB how about a set of these for the HIH7 raffle? 100 anxious owners at the event and super excited about this new offering! PM me if you have any questions. Thanks!

Awesome!!! How much wider is the track width over stock? Or is this not a mid/long travel kit... just a kit to utilize coilovers instead of torsion bars?

Also... any plans to ditch the bump pad to make room for a 3x bypass mount and maybe a secondary shock hoop kit? I'm thinking running a bypass tube as a bump.

Everyone guessing $3k... for just lower arms? I don't think so. If the kit included fabbed tube uniball uppers it would still be well under $3k. Even boxed uppers and lowers should still be under $3k (without shocks, bumps, cans, etc).

Based on other offerings for other models from Camburg and TC and they are not CrMo.

King- 2.5 coilovers w/springs and remotes-- 1100-1500.00
LCAs-- 1500-1900.00
UCAs-- 550-800.00
King Bumpstops-- 500-800.00

We utilized the differential relocation bracket that we manufacture and in doing so were able to gain 1" more droop travel, and 1.75" more compression travel. The coil over shock will allow for external dampening adjustment, and this kit has an option for a 2.0 hydraulic bump stop.
The kit is adjustable in height, but I have found that 1" over stock height seems to ride and handle the best. We will have a pricing break down posted in the next few days once we finalize cost of manufacturing. I will do my best to keep everyone up to date, but we are a small shop, and very busy at that.
Thank you for the interest and support.
Chris-

With the travel limits set above where is the benefit of going with this set up?
With the best ride height at 1" over stock and 1.75" of gained compression now you have limited your tire size to a max of ~33" or less.:(
Doesnt seem like any gain in overall travel over SPC UCA and properly sized shocks?
As for external dampening adjustment what else is offer aside from adjusting the nitrogen pressure on the remote?
Please educate me on what Im missing.

To answer a couple of the above questions here we go-

ReznuntThe track width remains the same and there is no need for aftermarket longer axles.

Reevesci is looking pretty close on pricing I imagine. I will list all parts separately, and a kit price in the near future.

Landcruiserphil This set up gives you 2.75" more travel, which doesn't sound huge, but compared to stock I believe it is close to 30 percent more wheel travel. King Shocks Compression Adjuster « King Off-Road Racing Shocks : kingshocks.com here is a link to King Shocks web site where they can better explain the external compression adjuster. It is a very neat set up, and we have used them with a lot of positive feedback.

Hopefully this helped, and I will try to keep everyone posted and up to date. Thank you for the responses and questions.

Got it... so with the upper and lower uniballs of this kit we would net 2.75" additional travel over stock. If we are already currently running a uniball uca the kit would net us an additional 1.75" of travel and the ability to run a coilover/airbump. I guess I'm not used to spending that amount of coin for an almost-mid-travel kit. Very intrigued though as it's the first kit of it's kind!

I remember a guy in Russia doing a coil over conversion but ended up having issues with the upper strut mount bending away from the frame.

Is this addressed or reinforced?
