rust

I'm in the market for a '95-'97 FZJ80 and I'm concerned about rust issues on these trucks. So far I have gleaned that the tailgate tends to rust along the bottom edge. Are there often rust issue under the flares or in the floor/wheel wells? Where does it tend to pop up on these? Thanks!
