mud flap

Looking to put Mud Flaps on my 67 FJ45, so wanted to see if anyone had a set of brackets?

I noticed several times today when I parked that there was a leak at the rear passenger mud flap. Any idea what might cause that? It is hot and dry out so I wasn’t driving through any puddles. Thank you!
