For those of you running a fridge, medium to large, are you running it off a second battery in your 200?

I am in the market to get a fridge for the cruiser for camping. I have a family of 5. My question is to the people with the bigger 65/75 qt fridges do you need all that room or would a 55 be good?

New CFX3 35 liter Dometic cooler cover. Only fits this particular fridge. Adds insulation to an already efficient fridge, decreasing power requirements while you're out and about. Our cooler went away with our camper when we sold it. Asking $40.00.
