Dobinson's snorkel 100 series I like the look of the snorkel and how it does not have to run as far along the fender. Has anyone successfully installed this??

Son is having problems with 99 LC in Cumberland, MD. He said feels like LC loses power as he drives and noise is coming from front of motor. Had him check to make sure not in 4 low, center diff not locked, has oil, antifreeze levels are okay. Normally maintained. May be tensioner or idler...
