Hey everyone, so my brake pedal is completely loose. I found ou that itis leaking brake fluid somewhere at the top of the brake pedal somewhere. Im notvery good with brakes and i was wondering wat my options are. Could i just get a whole new brake setup?? how much do you guys think it would cost???

The leak is likely coming from the master cylinder where the rod goes into it from the pedal. Pick up a new one, bench bleed, install, and bleed the system. Good luck bleeding those old drum wheel cyls. 
Just look to see what's coming loose in the pedal mechanism and tighten it up if ya can.

Since the rig you are working on is a 1964 truck that has sat for awhile, I'd suggest you plan on re-building, and/or upgrading the entire brake system.
Just off the top of my head, here is a plan of action:
1) Swap-in a 1976-84 40 Series disc brake front axle assembly;
2) Swap-in a 1969-84 40 Series rear axle assembly;
3) Perform the popular "Monto Carlo" type rear disc brake swap on the above rearend;
4) Install the master cylinder and brake booster from a '89 Toyota V-6 4WD mini-truck;
5) Very carefully bleed the whole brake system!
If you search through the MUD and LCML archieves you should find lots of info about these brake swaps; very common.
