Looks good. I am jealous. That said I would recommend flipping that last Johnny joint over on the driver side. With the zerk fitting on the bottom, you are likely to have a rock hit that and break it off.

What year is your 80? If you have a late OBDII truck, then I think you have to solve the issue of the EGR temp sensor throwing a check engine code. Someone with an OBDII truck can probably elaborate, but I think the ECU needs to see a temp increase from this sensor or it throws a code. My...

In the midst of welding up roof rack holes I noticed that my rain gutters don’t appear to be properly sealed. Anyone else notice this? I know the prior owner had my 80 repainted by Helen Keller, but this seems like maybe they never were sealed properly?

Remember a relay is just a little switch that is controlled by an electric magnet. It needs POS and NEG to energize the magnet to switch. The beauty is that you can run them via a positive trigger source or a negative trigger source, to energize the magnet and cause it to switch.

I let it sit in the sun and I was able to rip them off. I just ordered that eraser disk. The remaining adhesive is going to be a pain…. Thanks for all the advice!
