Got the p0155 error for the o2 sensor. I hit it with some pb blaster and let it sit overnight and used an offset 3/8 o2 socket to remove it from underneath. From the amount of build up I'm guessing it may be an original. I'm going to replace the other upstream sensor as well on the driver...

Second for that I'll vouch for that cover as well - 2+ years in and still holding up great. Good YouTube videos on how to do the install.

I didn't do the diff drop. With the Dobinson IMS Kit I have the Dobinsons Heavy-Duty Torsion Bars (TB59-1600), Dobinsons IMS Standard Travel Shocks, and Dobinsons Upper Control Arms. There's a slight angle, but with the added weight of the bumpers and armor I think I'm OK.

Challenge is the lift and tires changed the angle. Will get it lifted to fix the problem per @Trapper50cal suggestion

Greased the ujoints after I was under there with the skid plate install. I got all but the spider yoke zerk behind the center diff as it's too tight for my adapter. Anyone else have this issue? Thinking I may need a needle adapter?

Yea - did a few light coats and let it cure for 24 hours. I'm going to pick up a few more cans for jobs down the road as I really like the finish on it.

Glad you didn't make the mistake I did and allow some of the fluid to drip on the alternator during the process...glass half full outlook is swapping in an OEM return for the AutoZone junker that was in there.

Thanks for the read. After I traced the leak I removed the passenger A pillar and was able to pull the headliner down enough to apply silicone to the top corner. Removing the A pillar also confirmed that the sunroof drain line was operating as it should and didn't have any punctures.
