Had same issue. It's not a sunroof leak, it's your windshield. Have it removed, cleaned and resealed before it goes on to damage more sensitive electronics. Ask me how I know.

Use a blank empty connector after you drop the reading light unit. It's an unused connector tucked to the right size. I hardwired my dash with a hardwire kit to this connector by splicing into it. It has constant and acc power. Hardest part for me was to neatly tuck the 3m wire inside the headliner.
