Regarding using a multimeter to check ignition and constant 12v at the radio location. A good old fashioned test light would also work **at your own risk

I'd be looking for any water intrusion inside, especially around the drivers kick panel/fuse box area. If anything is wet, try a humidifier or fan to help dry it out. It just reminds me of my old 100 that had a windshield leak and had crazy electrical gremlins

@ClassyJalopy definitely knows a little about rust :beer: and I learned my lesson on my first 100. 2nd one came from Las Vegas with 224k on it.
for the rattle. check to make sure your jack is secured tight. I also recently had a rattle and stuffed carpet between the body and the back of the subwoofer enclosure (accessible through the jack compartment)
blower motor could have junk in it like leaves or needs replacements. might as well...
That seems forever ago, but I ended up changing all the coils and I believe I also found a 2 or 3 wire harness getting rubbed by the serp belt. I must have routed it incorrectly during timing belt change 2 years earlier. code has been gone ever since.
Just finished this on our GX460. Purchased at 151k and currently has 158k on it. My quote from the Lexus dealer was $1834. Couldnt have done it without this thread and others comments. I never did get that 10mm off for the fuel line with the intake in place, had to pull it out part way like...
