I’ve thought about that but worried that there wasn’t sufficient travel out of them to make it work

Been rocking 37s and AHC for 3 years now without issue. Only thing that would make me switch it would be SASing the front

LX570 AHC “Basics” - Added as sticky thread for AHC Issues

That mount is a bolt In the center of the bump, inside the body is just a weld nut. I was able to wiggle a small socket into it, otherwise you’ll have to loosen the rear body mounts and get some space by jacking up the body The one you access from the inside is just a bolt, no bump

    2013 LX coolant disappears

Sorry, intake manifold. Your symptoms sound exactly like mine, and it was the clearest way to see everything. Mine was a very small leak, and I honestly wouldn’t have been able to see it with the manifold on. I didn’t have signs of a leak anywhere else

    2013 LX coolant disappears

Yup - just be prepared for the vacuum lines to crack

    2013 LX coolant disappears

I had these symptoms and it was the valley. It’s actually really easy to just remove the intake and take a good look, it may be a small leak. I tried with all the usual tricks and turned out my leak was in the one spot I couldn’t see

Steering clunk with shot outer tie rods, replace outer tie rods only?

I’d swap OTRE, the rack is not really a “while you’re in there” type job. If you have to later, you can remove without damaging

    GOT KDSS extended links

I’ve been running heim front swaybar links for 2 years now. Can’t hear them from where I sit.

Man I am so excited to see this! Did you stick with LX570 arms (not Tundra)? Hows was the clearance at full bump?

    A 200 is meant to have 37’s

Building off of what @TeCKis300 mentioned, when considering a tundra swap, you may or may not address tie rods, and the aftermarket ones from coachbuilder require a specific wheel offset, which will need to be factored in. I think the vast majority of folks here run tundra OTRE, but they are...

    Crawl Mode

Also you really want to be doing the center diff lock and 4low - crawl is just the master cylinder doing crazy stuff

LX570 buried in mud, lost alternator and electrical bugs.

Whole thing - typical Toyota fashion the carpet is secured underneath the center console. So you gotta remove the leather around the center console and the ashtray as well.

LX570 buried in mud, lost alternator and electrical bugs.

Best thing to do is yank carpet - you’ll thank us later. I did it a few years back, only issue is the connector to the cool box, which had to be disconnected and you’ll lose freon. With it out, interior will dry a lot faster. Yank the connectors and deep clean them. Dont half do it though, yank...

    200 Series Portal Axles

Will be interested to see if there's some insight into why the aluminum failed at the LBJ? Leverage on the tire, but is that a manufacturing defect (i.e., not design). My 4runner has fully fabricated and boxed steel knuckles, I never thought twice about the lower joint ripping off...
