We literally just finished touring that spot and I didn’t even think about asking.
 
It just dawned on my at the gas station that I have a hose on my truck… it will barely reach but I think I can get in there enough to get a stream of water on the back side of the radiator. I’ll do this later today back at the hotel.

I watched the TCCN episode on that 2021 LC200 overheating. But the main reason that LC was in the shop was his AC would momentarily not work. He said there was particular sequence that was happening, 1) Temperatures above 95 digress, 2) the truck was idling at one spot for a more that an hour 3) was on a construction dirt road site and the fan would cut off. He also mentioned there was not a good way cleaning a very dirty Radiator with a hose or compressed air without removing the radiator itself, like he did on that episode. He mentioned he could have used a hose but there is no way to get all that dirt out.

Did your AC cutoff when the temps went very high?
